AHH 7.5 lbs lost!?!?! I am so excited!! I didnt even exercise this week either. I just ate healthier and cut portion sizes down. I guess it worked. Im relieved...I was really worried I wouldn't do well. I dont feel any different. I cant wait to start exercising again. I used to all the time but now with 2 jobs I dont have the time. Now Im going to try and fit it in somewhere. I NEED to in order to become healthier. Ok, on to Week 2. Wish me luck!!
